Discover & Design

Our Designer and Pre-Project team will meet, discuss and gain an in-depth understanding of your requirements, including space planning goals, people culture, existing systems, policies, furniture and technical aspects. We establish your budget, allow us to start cost engineering and begin the development of the scope of works. At this point, we also establish your timeframe and produce a project programme, including information and coordination of project services.

To support the works and programme we assess all buildings we will be working in, allowing us to check that our dimensions and plans are accurate and that all building services are in good working order. If in our opinion, any defects or repairs need to be carried out, this is reported back to you and any potential landlords. Ensuring any associated costs and works are addressed at the start of the project.

We will then create and develop a comprehensive design scheme. We produce a full detailed drawing package with all suggested finishes, proposed furniture products and an all-inclusive cost breakdown schedule.

The working drawings will be presented to the licensed Building Control Office for their comments/approval. Once you have also examined and signed off the Project Pack of Documents, we commence with Long Term Procurement (Purchase Orders) and our delivery team is mobilised.

Manage & Deliver

Our Project Delivery Team takes responsibility for all site works set out within the drawings, scope of works and programme.

Each one of our projects has a dedicated Project Manager. They will be your daily point of contact throughout the project. Our manager is supported by Building Services Engineers and other specialist suppliers & tradesmen and will coordinate to sequence the works to allow all trades to advance in a meaningful manner.

We like to show our clients our work as it progresses and invite you to a weekly onsite inspection meeting. These meetings are minuted for your records to pass on to your colleagues and business heads.

The minutes form part of our Project Managers Weekly Report, which will also highlight the project’s financial status, such as payments, changes made etc., as well as other project information.

As we reach completion, we carry out testing and snag the works to ensure that we are near to delivering a fully complete functional environment to the highest quality.

As well as the above, our Project Managers are responsible for the timely delivery and ensuring that all site personnel adhere to our stringent Health & Safety Site Rules and the overall quality at final handover for a snag-free project.

Move Management of your business needs to be carried out with military precision, our Project Manager will be at hand to assist this critical part of the project and would have discussed with you the essential tasks needed.
